We provide all sorts of services to avail home loans for purchase of residential Flats ( proposed , under construction , Newly ready & reselling also ) including existing building , Bunglow etc.on the the terms & conditions affordable for all class of people . In those cases we extend our service from start to finish basis by keeping close liason between the buyer and FIs. Loans are sanctioned after booking of flat with the Developer of the Project as also after scrutiny of feasibility of the project by the FIs. They also verify several related documents such as agreement for sale, Development Agreement, Power of Attorney in favour of the Developer etc., Sanctioned building Plan ,Water supply permission, Electricity supply Permission etc.
Generally such loans are also disbursed phase wise according to the progress of the construction work as per terms & conditions are laid down in sanction letter. Beforehand we help the customer to fill up Loan Application From to collect & arrange all required documents and submit to the office of F Is. to get the proposal sanctioned. Minimum 15 to 20% investment on the part of the buyer is required on total project cost. In the whole process of arranging loans & thereafter in construction stages we try our level best to make it as smooth as possible till completion of construction work & hand over of the Flats possession to the customer after Registration of sale deed.
